About Me

Hi Everyone! My name I'm Kat and I am so glad you found my website, welcome! I am very much into health and wellness and currently work for a nationally advertised diet and nutrition company as a Weight Loss Counselor. In addition, I am also a licensed Massage Therapist and an Independent Affiliate with Vida Divina.

A few short years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I vowed that if I was lucky enough to survive, I would make each and every day count. Now, I not only want to make my life healthier, but help others find the same path to healthy and wellness.
